Patient Field Representative – Bilingual [D404 – NJ – CH]

Founded in 2000, PATHS offers a broad range of account receivable management, patient advocacy, and consultation services to assist the needs of our healthcare clients. Our 4 offices in PA, NJ, and DE is home to 450 employees and that serve over 100 clients. Our team has built long term flourishing partnerships with clients and staff by cultivating a great experience.
PATHS, LLC is currently seeking a Field Representative to work in the Monmouth County area.
Duties Include:
Assisting patients in applying for Medical Assistance
Driving 50-100 mile radius of assigned area. Reimbursement for travel expenses provided (i.e. mileage, tolls, parking). Cell phone reimbursement included.
Entering patient homes and communicating with people to obtain patient information
Accurately document patient information and completing tasks in a timely manner
Transporting supplies to and from client facilities
Report to Cherry Hill, NJ weekly to pick up work
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and car insurance
Travel and train in our Cherry Hill office for 8-12 weeks; mileage reimbursed
Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Trustworthy, detail oriented and organized
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, and Excel
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or Monday- Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
