Support development and execution of Office of Administration program management

Review programmatic processes for efficiency through Lean Six Sigma

Conduct research, analyzing data, identifying trends and preparing reports

Determine programs requirements and provide recommendations

Analyze programs, policies, procedures and systems.

Create Standard Operating Procedures and document processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business management/administration or data analytics

Minimum 5 years of demonstrated system and business analyst skills and experience

Minimum 5 years of experience developing and implementing standard operating procedures

Exceptional skills in work flowing processes

Lean Six Sigma and PMP certifications highly desired

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Knowledge of GSA standards and processes for asset management including fleet management

Knowledge of the appropriate safeguards to account for assets and deliverables
