The Benefit Lead provides leadership for the Corporate Benefits team and partners with the Benefits Manager and relevant stakeholders to effectively administer health & welfare benefits. Assists with department projects and the implementation of new processes. Coordinates with Benefits Manager on Corporate Benefits Team deliverables.
