Position: Senior Benefits Analyst
Role Overview: The Senior Benefits Analyst leads the Corporate Benefits team, collaborating closely with the Benefits Manager and key stakeholders (including HR, Payroll, Facilities, and benefit program service providers) to efficiently manage health and welfare benefits. This role also involves assisting with departmental projects and the rollout of new processes, while coordinating with the Benefits Manager on the deliverables of the Corporate Benefits Team.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in administering health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, and insurance programs, including both self-funded and fully insured options such as medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
- Proficient technical skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with various benefit enrollment systems, particularly the ADP WFN benefits enrollment application, is highly desirable.
- An associate degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

The salary range outlined below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. The final salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. Pay Range: $35—$40 USD
