This position will act as a daytime cleaning and concierge, responsible for start-up, upkeep, meeting/event support and basic repairs. Additionally, this position will provide facilities support including building/space ownership, work order creation, vendor engagement, and walks. This is a 100% onsite position.What is the day to day?Customer service interface for B27 Visitor Center, Leadership Forum and Tech Bar and B28 Executive AreaSupport/generate work request (via Maximo and/or CrowdComfort)Organize Meeting supplies in the Leadership ForumStart-up and maintain Coffee Machines for all assigned spacesMaintain a clean and ready state areas making sure they are wiped down, swept and clean throughout the dayCoordination with internal and external vendor (Furniture arrangement, food services, janitorial services, etc.) as neededAddress possible minor repairs as neededWork with JLL Facilities to escalate emergency/break-ins and notify of maintenance, repairs or requests in support of a ready stateMaintain stocked restrooms and kitchen suppliesAct as POC during time of meeting/event, this role may support:Issue management during the events or meetingDaily walks to ensure each day of the meeting or event is in a ready stateParticipate in the execution of the daily events to ensure we stay on schedule and address or support issues or needs as they ariseSupport clean-up and trash removal as requestedField all calls, emails, textsEscalations as requiredConfirm daily all areas and meeting rooms are reset appropriatelyAll other duties assignedDesired experience and technical skills -Required High school diploma or GED equivalentExperience working in a regulated work environment3+ years of customer service experience in a professional business environment dealing with the public in person and on the phone. Competent in use of Microsoft Office computer applicationExcellent communication, client service, and follow up skillsProven ability to work without direct day to day supervisionExcellent customer service, team player who builds and maintains relationshipsExcellent coordination skills especially with multiple vendors and servicesCompetent in use of Microsoft Office computer applicationsAbility to diagnosis problems, make sound decisions, prioritize, schedule and complete multiple tasksPreferred Janitorial or cleaning experienceWork Environment The employee must regularly push/pull up to 10 pounds, frequently push/pull up to 10 - 25 poundsStaff will perform a mixture of computer work and physical work (walking, cleaning, moving furniture, etc.)Estimated compensation for this position is:21.00 - 25.00 USD per yearThe pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable.
