**Parts Specialist for 1st Shift****Job Description**+ Provide customers with price quotes, availability and technical information+ Multi-task and transition between parts inventories of multiple lines of equipment+ Receive daily and weekly parts orders+ Reconcile open purchase orders+ Fill, ship, or deliver orders from inventory+ Assist with cycle counts+ Maintain a clean and organized parts storage area, parts counter, and showroom display area+ Review parts requisitions and invoices, verifying that correct pricing, quantities, and parts are billed+ Work with internal and external customers to ensure correct parts are available or ordered and supplied in a timely manner+ Maintain department safety standards, organization, and excellent customer relationships through immediate conflict resolution+ Attend all departmental meetings and maintain good working relationships with all fellow employees**Hard Skills**+ Parts Ordering+ Parts Counter+ Parts Inventory**Work Site**This is a fully on-site position in Saint Paul, Minnesota.**Work Environment**This is a brand new state-of-the-art facility. The company has locker rooms where candidates can change and shower before and after their shifts.
