What You Will Do
  • Monday - Thursday; 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Participate on manufacturing reviews, transitions, new product introduction reviews, and
  • manufacturing standard work improvements
  • Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives that support continuous process improvement
  • Develop templates and standard work for consistent application of CMM programming to
  • support disk manufacture
  • Create and maintain library of programs for disks and blades, standardized for use across
  • machines where possible.
  • Evaluate and consolidate CMM tool packages for maximum efficiency as appropriate
  • Point of contact for external software and machine maintenance requirements and
  • calibrations
  • Drive partnership with Part Family Engineering and Quality Engineering teams through
  • continuous improvement journey
  • Demonstrate commitment to the EH&S program by complying with all policies and
  • procedures
Qualifications You Must Have
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is required
  • Experience in an Aerospace manufacturing environment is preferred.

What is my role type?

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.
