Customer Service Representative

We are a thriving company looking for a customer service representative to join our team in our Wichita office. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. This position will directly handle incoming calls from customers as well as make outbound calls to follow up on estimates and to make "Happy Calls" to customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound customer communications - Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests and issues.
  • Consult on customer success - Advise customers on how to successfully leverage the product/service based on their unique needs.
  • Maintain working product knowledge - Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date and strategic.
  • Track interactions in CRM - Record customers interactions in internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED is required
  • Experience with SERVICE TITAN, preferred
  • Self-starter, reliable, high level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to constantly learn and grow
  • Task-oriented with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Plumbing knowledge is a plus, but not required
