- Provides professional and welcoming first impression at the front desk
- Greets visitors and job candidates and notifies appropriate parties
- Answers and routes incoming phone calls via Cisco Jabber Softphone VoIP
- Responds to all customer inquiries in a polite manner
- Remains calm under pressure
- Proficient with MS Outlook and Teams (must have)
