Our R&D team focuses on the leading technologies, such as AI and ML and using those technologies creates automated solutions to business challenges. An example of this is our product, Kanverse, provides our customers with an AI/ML based application that can read and decipher documents, such as vendor invoices, customer invoices, insurance intake forms, with 98%+ accuracy.

Who you are: The Intern Business Analyst is someone who interacts with the customer to collect business requirements to address their business problems, documents the requirements and shares them with the technical team so they can configure and/or develop in the chosen application (Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) and then the Business Analyst tests the changes made by the technical team to confirm they address the requirements. You will have the opportunity train customer users on the solution that you and the technical team have created. You will have the opportunity to learn new customer business models, expand your business acumen in your chosen area (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.). You will work with individuals with varied background both at the customer and Jade.

We are seeking creative, self-managing individuals who have educational or real-life experience in business activities in Sales, Marketing, Finance or Supply Chain, and interested in engaging as the liaison between the customer and the technical team in diverse projects with our experienced teams.

Responsibilities:

Interacting with customers business people to share best practices and demonstrate leading, off the shelf software from companies such as Salesforce, Oracle, NetSuite, and SAP system capabilities.
Working with customer process owners and application users to:
Capture and document business challenges, pain points and requirements.
Analyze the requirements against the customer chosen software.
Translate business requirements to activities, such as application configurations, reports, or custom development.
Provide to-be process and system solution options to the customer, take feedback and facilitate decisions to finalize the solution.
Work closely with the technical team to develop the solutions.
Functionally test final solution before sharing with the customer.
Working collaboratively with the customer business users to create business test scenarios to be used for testing the solution.
Planning and documenting the overall testing strategy and detailed testing plans.
Executing business focused test scenarios to test the solution, prior to customer testing.
Supporting customers business users to thoroughly test the solution in multiple test rounds before deploying to production.
Engaging regularly with customers business users to keep them engaged in the project and help them understand the changes to their processes and the benefits for those changes.
Conducting data analysis and validation to confirm accuracy and security of data converted into the new system from legacy systems.
Designing and testing business operational reports or dashboards based on customer information needs.
Proactively maintaining current knowledge (and certification of that knowledge, if required) of features / functions of assigned software through classroom or self-learning.

Candidate Profile:

Understands different business processes such as Sales, Accounting, Financial reporting, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Operations, Warehousing, Logistics, Procurement, Service operations.
Independent person able to plan and manage self and activities, working to an overall project schedule.
Strong communicator, both verbal and written
Comfortable interacting with people with varied technology backgrounds
Takes pride in delivering high quality services and documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Takes initiative and ownership.
Strong team player
Interest in learning and growing both technically and as a person.
Seeking a career in technology services
Knowledge of the emerging best practices in different industries is desired.
Work experience as a process owner or user of any ERP system will be a plus.
