We are looking for a motivated Product Quality Engineer who will drive quality and reliability activities during the NPI and sustaining phases of program.
What youll be doing?
Quality lead focused on driving SOL quality as products ramp into production
Engage with all engineering teams to build in quality from the start of product development
Provide forward looking failure rate projections for new products and drive actions to achieve targets
Summarize and communicate quality issues to the leadership team
Identify new/unique parts of a design and work with internal teams to define de-risk plans
Ensure AARs related to customer quality improvement have been acted on
Partner with manufacturing engineering to evaluate risks of factory failure modes and judge customer exposure
Define field diag requirements along with the customer quality team
Propose architectural features in chips, boards, systems, and diagnostics to enhance resiliency of products
What we need to see?
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronic Engineering or related fields or equivalent experience
Min of 8 + years of experience
Background in quality and reliability engineering will be very useful
Exceptional problem solving and Failure Analysis, strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Excellent communication and documentation skills

The base salary range is 136,000 USD - 258,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

Board design and GPU/CPU server design experience

Background in quality and reliability engineering will be very useful

Exceptional problem solving and Failure Analysis, strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
