Job Description SEO Analyst | Navi

Are you an analytical, detail-oriented SEO professional with a deep understanding of best practices, a passion for staying abreast of emerging techniques, and a keen interest in how AI is changing the SEO landscape? Navi is looking for an experienced SEO Analyst to join our Consumer Growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for SEO optimization of our website and long-form content for maximum visibility in search engine results. Our Consumer Growth team is on a mission to attract new site visitors, not just to satisfy our traffic goals but to help and empower everyday wireless phone users. As Navi’s SEO Analyst, your responsibilities will include in-depth keyword research, keyword optimization, internal and external link building, as well as monitoring and reporting on the performance of our efforts. Day-to-day, Navi is fully remote; we meet for company-wide, in-person, multi-day meetings approximately three to four times a year.

Responsibilities: Analyze the performance of existing content to identify keyword gaps and opportunities for optimization Conduct comprehensive keyword research to expand content to include new high-value search terms and topic areas Improve content and website pages for maximum visibility through tactics such as internal linking, keyword optimization, adding assets, updating outdated content, and identifying information gaps Develop and execute external link-building strategies to increase website authority Assist programmatic content strategies with research and quality assurance checks Analyze website structure and design to ensure optimal SEO performance Recommend ways to use emerging AI tools to enhance our SEO efforts Suggest innovative SEO techniques and propose experimental elements to enhance content visibility Monitor website analytics and generate SEO reports on performance, reporting regularly to the broader team Stay informed of the latest SEO trends and best practices

Required Skills: 4+ years of proven work experience as an SEO, ideally a combination of in-house and agency experience Experience working with large lists of keywords and understanding of the SERPs at a macro level Passion for staying current in the constantly changing environment of SEO and content marketing Editorial eye and understanding of big picture tradeoffs between AI-generated and bespoke content Creative thinking and problem-solving combined with a data-driven, results-oriented attitude Knowledge of AI functionality and potential use cases for content and SEO Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills Proficiency with Webflow Deep knowledge of website and SEO analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs) Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently Ability to effectively liaison with internal teams and executive team regarding SEO initiatives and progress

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Telecommunications and/or consumer electronic industry experience is helpful, but not required
