Marketing Campaign Producer-Manager

Studio City PXL is a Clio and Emmy-winning agency specializing in digital, television, and theatrical advertising. We offer comprehensive services in social media, technology, branding, post-production, motion graphics, design, production, and original content creation for traditional, virtual reality, and emerging platforms.
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Marketing Campaign Producer-Manager to join our team. This hybrid role involves overseeing the production and management of marketing campaigns across various sectors including entertainment, B2B, political and governmental campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in post-production, with knowledge in assistant editing, finishing and a deep understanding of broadcast, streaming and social media deliverables and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Manage marketing campaigns across multiple sectors.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and goals.
- Oversee the creation of marketing assets and ensure timely delivery.
Client Coordination:
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
- Provide regular updates on project status and address any concerns or feedback promptly.
- Ensure client satisfaction through excellent communication and project execution.
Post-Production:
- Work with assistant editors on various projects, organizing and managing media assets.
- Supervise the finishing process, including color grading and audio mixing, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Collaborate with editors, graphic artists and creative leads to meet project specifications and deadlines.
Deliverables Management:
- Ensure all content meets the technical requirements for broadcast, streaming platforms, and social media.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of deliverable specs and industry standards.
- Manage the final delivery of content, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Film Production, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing campaign management and post-production.
