Indotronix is seeking a Onsite Job - Facilities Project Administrator Level 3for a Job Opportunity in Everett,Washington

Job Description :

We are seeking a Mid-Level Facilities Project Administrator to support critical infrastructure and business partner facilities projects at the Everett, WA site.

Position Responsibilities:
•Evaluates facilities requests and meets with customer to define requirements for facilities projects
•Develops project options with customer and develops scope of work in order to meet the customer's requirements
•Creates layouts and conceptual designs
•Works with affected parties to define functionality and constructability
•Assembles and releases work package by collecting and integrating various individual documents such as facilities work order, contract service request, drawings, vendor quotes, schedule, and permits
•Obtains facilities design and resources commitments for projects
•Evaluates contractor proposals for fair and reasonable cost
•Monitors and coordinate implementation activities such as relocations, construction, utility shutdowns, budget management, schedule, and project reviews
•Coordinates with affected parties and support functions such as customer, designers, SHEA, crafts, Security, and network infrastructure to create an agreed to implementation plan
•Ensures completion and retention of project records by following the standard operating procedure for closure and update of appropriate documents, forms, permits, work management systems, commissioning and as-built drawings
•Ensures that project implementation meets established quality, cost, schedule targets and regulatory requirements

Required Skill Set :
•3+ years of experience leading and managing projects

Desired Skills Set :
•3+ years of budgeting and forecasting experience
•3+ years of experience reading & interpreting aerospace engineering drawings and specifications
•3+ years of experience in project cost management
•3+ years of experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD package
•3+ years of experience with standard project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and Project Server
•3+ years of facilities and/or site services experience
•5+ years of experience with Maximo or other Computerized Maintenance Software Systems

Education Qualification :
•Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master + 4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
