About the Role:

We are looking for a Member Service Representative to join our team at Planet Fitness - PFNoCritics in Green Valley, AZ. As the overnight representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our members and ensuring the gym is clean and safe for everyone.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check-in members as they enter the gym
  • Assist with new member sign-ups and give tours of the facility
  • Maintain a clean and organized facility
  • Answer phone calls and respond to member inquiries
  • Ensure the safety and security of the gym during the overnight hours
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work overnight hours a
  • Basic computer skills
  • Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals
