**Summary/Objective** The Warehouse at C.C. Creations is seeking a Buyer to join our fun, energetic, fast-paced and quickly growing Retail Team. With over 28,750 square feet of retail space, the Warehouse holds the Guinness World Record holder for the largest collegiate merchandise store in the world The full-time Buyer II position will work directly with our Purchasing Manager to cover a range of duties for our retail store including order fulfillment, product sourcing, vendor relations, data analytics, merchandising and more. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, thrive in a team atmosphere, be highly motivated and have strong organizational and communication skills.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

* Evaluate inventory reports and process fulfillment needs to keep active SKUs in stock

* Establish Min/Max quantities for products based on vendor capacities and sales history

* Participate in Product Development meetings to review and evaluate all product lines

* Analyze sales history and give input on graphic and product development

* Includes travel 2-3 times annually to market and tradeshows to source and purchase new product

* Establish and maintain relationship with current vendors and vet out their buying agendas

* Assist in sourcing new vendors and products

* Forecast sales and product inventory levels

* Responsible for staying up to date on retail graphic and product trends

* Assist in updating floor merchandise layouts under direction from Merchandise Team

* Identify and resolve any vendor discrepancies during shipping, receiving or invoicing

* Assist in executing events hosted by the Warehouse as needed

* Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.

* Excellent analytical and communication skills.

* Excellent independent and team collaboration skills.

* Excellent relationship and networking skills with the ability to manage and direct projects.

* Strong background in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word

* Ability to learn new computer-based programs and software such as Counterpoint and Impress

* Ability to exercise discretion when needed.

* Display a Whatever-It-Takes mentality, a great sense of urgency and an All In mentality.
