**Sales Consultant: Full-Time Employment**

**Compensation**:Base Pay + 13 Uncapped Bonus and Commission Periods
**(Retail Sales Consultants typically make between $44,000 - $60,000)**

**We are growing and hiring immediately for a Full-Time Sales Consultants. We have doubled our sales in the past year and will continue to grow adding more team members in 2024.**

**We Have Fantastic Retail Hours**:
9 A.M. 6 P.M. Monday
- Saturday
11:30 P.M. - 5:30 P.M. Sundays

**Requirements**:

- **Commission based sales experience a plus but not required**:

- Must work weekends
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive and self-motivated
- Positive, approachable, and empathetic
- Willing to work solo or in a team setting
- Open to learning new things

**Physical activity is required for this position.**

Physical need to bend, twist, squat, occasionally climb up and perform our weight bearing pressure tests on our customers.
