**Job Description:**

We are looking for an experienced Sports Marketing Campaign Manager to join our fun, energetic, and fast-paced marketing team If you love creating high-quality and engaging content that drives success, we want you on our team The Sports Marketing Content Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing an overall marketing campaign and content strategy for our retail stores - The Warehouse at C.C. Creations and Maroon U.

**Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

**Campaign Management:**

* Execute a strategic marketing agenda for all campaigns that follow the Retail Marketing Calendar.

* Direct all aspects of retail marketing content such as email marketing, website graphics, digital ads, promotions/activations, social media, signage, and flyers.

* Facilitate creative schedule and collaborate with the design team to promote high quality content while meeting deadlines across multi-channel campaigns.

* Manage editing process for all marketing content.

* Work with the Director of Marketing to construct a post-analysis report on performance and results.

* Identify and assess new channels and media opportunities to reach untapped audiences and drive conversions while keeping the brands relevant, fresh, and enticing.

* Collaborate with the Strategic Growth Manager to provide campaign needs associated with targeted groups, events, and activations.

* Responsible for generating quality leads, subscribers, and brand awareness.

**Digital Media Management:**

* Oversee the Digital Media Coordinator to ensure our brand consistency is represented through tone, voice, and terminology on all digital assets.

* Create actionable plans to grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, and TikTok

**Email Content Management:**

* Responsible for creating email campaigns using AB testing strategies in conjunction with the retail marketing calendar.

* Identify the target audience for The Warehouse and Maroon U and grow the email list through lead generation.

* Develop copy, subject lines, email templates, and recipient list to generate customer engagement.

* Track and analyze the campaign performance. Utilize results to determine ROI and make suggestions for improvements.

**Photoshoot Management:**

* Works with the Retail Marketing Coordinator and the Photographer on the overall vision for the photoshoot.

* Coordinate with the Merchandise Manager/Buyers for The Warehouse and Maroon U on incoming products and merchandise.

* Ensure the proper process is being followed for all photoshoots in coordination with the annual retail calendar.

**Athlete Management:**

* Manage NCAA NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) Athlete Program

* Work with the Marketing Director and the Vice President of Retail to develop all NIL athletes overall marketing strategy.

+ Provide custom marketing solutions for each managed athlete, driving ongoing creative design/visibility and execution.

+ Organize the planning and performance of each managed athletes social platforms.

+ Ensure each managed athlete conveys our tone while promoting their personal brand and withholds our core values.

**The ideal candidate will have:**

* A strong passion for Aggie sports and the retail industry.

* Creative and analytical skills within marketing campaigns.

* Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.

* Ability to be proactive and a highly motivated team player.

* Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and superior leadership, and time management qualities

* Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, all social platforms, Outlook, MS Word, and Excel.

* Ability to learn new computer-based programs and software such as Sprout, Counterpoint, Big Commerce, and Impress.

* Display our core values by doing "Whatever-It-Takes" with an "All In attitude.

**Position Type/Expected Hours of Work**

This is a full-time position (40+ hours per week). You will be required to work some nights, weekends, holidays, and all A&M home football games (or big events related to Texas A&M University).

**Additional Eligibility Qualifications:**

Must be able to work in an environment that is not climate controlled.
