Our client, a global intimate apparel, sleep and infant clothing and accessories is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to join their NYC office full-time to spearhead new business development with major retailers such as: Walmart, Target, Costco, BJs, Sams Club, Macys, Kohls, etc. You MUST have experience in intimate apparel.

  • Actively seek, cultivate, and expand new accounts and market opportunities.
  • Gather and analyze monthly performance and profitability data for key accounts, collaborating with the Sales team for review.
  • Liaise directly with buying and planning teams to assess sales, profitability, and Open-To-Buy (OTB).
  • Oversee the entire sales process for both existing and prospective customers.
  • Foster robust partnerships to maintain and grow current business relationships.
  • Familiarize yourself with the protocols and requirements of each account, including vendor specifications.
  • Monitor account shipping, reorder requests, and payment statuses to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Coordinate all wholesale-related activities for accounts, such as market appointments, reorders, post-sale assistance, customer service, logistics, and marketing support.

  • Bring 8+ years of relevant experience in fashion and intimate apparel.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to service and self-motivation to drive positive change.
  • Exhibit adept problem-solving skills and a direct approach to addressing issues.
  • Display exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation capabilities.
  • Have extensive product knowledge in intimate apparel and lounge wear.
  • Exhibit strong retail analysis and computer proficiency.
  • Are highly motivated, organized, and exhibit a team-oriented mindset.

Salary range: $100k-$150k base + commission
