Advanced Practice Provider Orthopedic Trauma in Fayetteville, NC (Permanent) A busy orthopedic trauma practice in Fayetteville, NC, is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to join our orthopedic team. The APP will work alongside ten orthopedic surgeons and will play a crucial role in admissions, discharges, floor consults, emergency department consults, and OR assistance as needed. Our team provides orthopedic coverage for one of the regions busiest trauma centers and one of the top ten busiest Emergency Departments in the country. New graduate physician assistants are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and be committed to advancing the orthopedic trauma program. Key Responsibilities: Perform admissions, discharges, and consults on the floor and in the emergency department Assist in OR when needed Manage pre-operative care for surgical patients Provide timely recommendations on adult and pediatric emergency department consults Perform bedside procedures, including splinting, casting, reductions, joint aspirations, and more Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary with holiday differentials Quarterly incentive bonus Paid malpractice insurance CME time and allowance Comprehensive benefits package including 403(b) match, 457(b), health, vision, and dental coverage Location Highlights: Located in Fayetteville, NC, a thriving and diverse community of over 300,000 residents, this opportunity provides a vibrant lifestyle.
