Job Description The Treasury Onboarding Consultant III is primarily responsible for partnering with Treasury Management Officers (TMOs) and Relationship Managers (RMs) to implement products and/or services solution for the largest and most complex customers. This role works independently to design, test, and implement an optimal solution for the customer. They also provide system training and education to the customer, and remain a point of customer contact for questions as needed. How You'll Spend Your Time In collaboration with TMOs and RMs, independently gather and analyze the needs of large or complex customers. Consult on their desired outcomes and best practices, evaluate the risks and scalability of custom solutions, and work with product managers and leadership to design and approve optimal solutions. Independently configure, test, validate solutions, troubleshoot issues, communicate with vendors, suggest proactive improvements, and maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the 3-6 month implementation lifecycle. Educate customers on implementations, respond to inquiries, collect necessary data, facilitate a smooth transition from sales to account management, and proactively offer tailored solutions based on customer interactions. Acta Subject Matter Expert in Commercial Payment Solutions, leverage your deep industry knowledge to train junior staff, lead initiatives, and contribute to the development of new products and enhancements. Education & Experience Requirements Level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or related degree with 5-6 years' related experience or 7-9 years' work related experience.
