The Treasury Solutions Officer will enhance the Treasury Services Account portfolio while directing potential business and individual clients to internal partners. This role involves proactively promoting Treasury Services products and deposits through independent sales efforts and networking, as well as following up on leads generated by Commercial Bankers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business growth within the Treasury Services sector.
- Formulate client relationship strategies to boost the Bank's market presence in Treasury products and services.
- Achieve or surpass all objectives and targets related to the identification and acquisition of new clients.
- Design Treasury solutions to optimize opportunities for the Bank while addressing individual client requirements.
- Maintain and nurture positive relationships with all existing clients.
- Deliver services, support, coaching, and guidance to ensure the success of individual clients and, as applicable, their respective companies.
- Collaborate with the Treasury Services team and Business Bankers to guarantee precise implementation of all new accounts and services.
- Establish trusted relationships and strategic alliances with business owners and other decision-makers.
- Work with internal partners to analyze, structure, and propose Treasury banking solutions for clients, including pricing based on an assessment of client needs, challenges, or competition.
- Ensure the ongoing development of a positive reputation for the Bank within the community served.
- Analyze, synthesize, and convey complex financial data and related issues in a clear, objective, and straightforward manner.
- Engage with internal and external clients while providing exceptional service.
- Develop and sustain trusted, positive relationships with employees, clients, and vendors.
- Represent the Bank and the Treasury team in a highly professional manner.
- Complete job assignments in a professional, timely, and efficient manner; organize and prioritize work effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality; adhere to CrossFirst Bank policies and procedures; comply with laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Demonstrate reliable and predictable on-site attendance.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of commercial banking products and services, particularly in treasury management, is essential.
- Proven success as a treasury sales or business development officer in a high-performing commercial banking environment is required; familiarity with the local market is preferred.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate long-term relationships and influence others both internally and externally.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
- A Certified Cash Management designation is highly preferred and expected within three years of hire.
