Assistant Property Manager

Through compassionate and thoughtful interactions, this person will improve the lives of our residents living in 330+ units in Greensburg.

- Provide excellent customer service to lease market-rate units
- Respond promptly to all new inquiries, converting leads to applicants
- Process rental applications and lease renewals quickly and accurately
- Establish rapport with tenants and provide personalized service during the move-in process; verify all move-ins are fully completed and inspected.
- Collaborate with maintenance to maintain high occupancy
- Monitor listing postings and advertisements
- Assist property manager with tenant care and tenant retention
- Adhere to property budgets
- Handle administrative needs of the property group
- Other projects as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
- General knowledge of residential leasing core concepts
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Experience monitoring and adhering to company budgets
- Management experience (preferred)
- Experience with AppFolio or ShowMojo (preferred)
- High school diploma
- Passionate about improving people's lives and communities

- Insured, registered vehicle and active driver's license
- Travel within Greenburg required regularly
- Travel to Pittsburgh required 4-8x per year
