RAYUS Radiology, formerly Center for Diagnostic Imaging, is looking for a Radiology Support Specialist I to join our team. As a Radiologist Support Specialist I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to healthcare facilities (clients), patients and all internal and external customers. Radiology Support Specialist (RSS) are responsible for receiving, reviewing and verifying information, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, and performing database queries to optimize radiologist workflow to meet expected turnaround times (TAT's) and client service level agreements/expectations (SLA's). This is a fully remote full-time position, four weekdays per week with rotating weekend, 3:30 AM - 12:00 PM.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Delivers exceptional patient care and customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Efficient drafting of X-Ray reports and verification of required cross-sectional images.
Remediate exceptions and outstanding/past due items on worklist.
Works closely with Radiologists, clients, and peers to identify and resolve issues.
Executes critical findings and super-stat process with 100% documentation to meet TAT expectations.
Fulfills job duties in a high volume, fast-paced environment and meets productivity target.
Utilizes technology to verify accuracy and availability of information.
Obtains required patient information in an efficient and timely manner to meet TAT and SLA expectations.
Owns and resolves issues to move things to the next step in process.
Establishes strong rapport with all clients, team members and physicians.
Develops professional and healthy working relationships with others.
Identifies process improvement ideas and participates in optimizing workflow.
Acts in accordance with company mission, vision, and values at all times.
Adheres to the companys code of conduct, policies, procedures, processes, and protocols.


Other duties as assigned.
