Responsibilities: Provide information to internet visitors and establish relationships to identify customer needs. Respond to internet inquiries within a set period of time. Follow-up with previously registered leads with no current contact. Provide an extraordinary experience for all Internet generated customer traffic. Acquire and maintain product and community knowledge. Support and back-up the Internet Sales Team. Provide community information to prospective buyers. Capture and convert Internet customer traffic into viable sales prospects. Qualify prospective customers based on desired location(s), timing for purchase, and availability of new homes. Schedule a minimum number of appointments as determined by the Division. Communicate accurate information to the NHC and document in Siebel. Create a positive experience for Internet Customers through email, Live Chat, and Division 1-800 numbers. Educate Internet Customers on current/future community and product offerings. Follow-up with Internet Customers per the follow-up program outlined by your Division. Utilize tracking and reporting tools to manage the Internet prospecting process. Understand the Division's product and community offerings. Coordinate efforts to improve collection of email contact information. Make outbound calls daily with a weekly minimum target. Education and Experience Requirements: Minimum High School or GED required. Some college preferred. Minimum 1 year experience of Internet consumer experience and/or Internet exposure. Valid driver’s license and good driving record. Valid Auto Insurance Coverage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Advanced PC skills (Microsoft Excel and Word).
