How you'll make an impact:

Provide human resources consulting services including employee relations, compensation, employment law compliance, performance management, benefits and leave administration, and human resources administration.

Essential Functions:

  1. Full benefits administration, including but not limited to: general benefits administration, monthly benefit reconciliation and managing open enrollment
  2. Administer full cycle leave administration with employees, maintaining compliance with federal and state leave programs. Participate in benefit selection management and administration including the benefits renewal process.
  3. Job description development, FLSA audits, and other organizational development related projects for clients as needed.
  4. Responsible for full employee life cycle changes and communication, including onboarding and termination administration.
  5. Counsel management regarding disciplinary action and terminations to ensure they are legally compliant.
  6. Conduct Exit Interviews with exiting employees.
  7. HRIS support - working in various systems
  8. Responsible for performance management, inclusive of researching platforms, developing programs, and full administration.
  9. Employee relationals
  10. Ensuring clients are in compliance with state and federal laws
  11. Employee relations
  12. Performance management, including researching platforms, developing programs, and full administration
  13. Provide guidance on federal and state employment law compliance.
  14. Audit and maintain employee files and census data.
  15. Assemble Salary and compensation benchmarking analysis.
  16. Handle policy and procedure interpretation, including handbook review and revisions.
  17. Serving as a mentor and point of escalation to our junior team members
  18. Complete client HR audit and assessment projects as needed.
  19. Perform other job-related projects as assigned.
About you:

Required: Bachelor's degree and 1 years related experience required.

Preferred:
4+ years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role;Knowledge and comprehension of Employment laws or HR related policies
