This is a hybrid position coming into the office every Tuesday and Wednesday. About the role: As the Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will support strategies and tactics to build the company’s brand and reputation, as well as its sales strategy. The person in this role will report to the AVP, Brand Strategy and will work closely with that individual, as well as the marketing team, to design and implement comprehensive marketing communications strategies. Key responsibilities include ensuring brand alignment across properties and platforms; developing and distributing sales messaging for the brand; transforming ideas into compelling content; and forging trusted relationships with key audiences. Job Requirements: Develop messaging and positioning that support and differentiate Premise as a brand, ensuring consistency across communications channels and platforms Support regular updates to sales messaging, including presentations, data points and statistics, and brand-level proposal content Partner with internal communications to cascade messaging changes across the team and organization Create brand blog calendar and contribute regular blogs Conceptualize, develop, and deliver a variety of brand-level content and assets, including web and landing page copy, paid advertising copy, sales presentations, and marketing e-mails Support brand and sales messaging strategy by conducting research as required, developing and updating customer personas, and developing and maintaining messaging frameworks May require other duties as assigned. Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications or equivalent work experience Experience: 4+ years of experience in professional B2B marketing Proven experience designing, implementing, and executing projects which involve numerous visual elements, stages, and stakeholders Experience in healthcare industry preferred Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrated ability to understand customers – their pain points, how and why they buy - to create innovative, engaging, and actionable strategies that supports the sales process Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Outstanding communication skills across numerous platforms including written, verbal, and multi-media (web, social and video) Ability to build relationships across multiple groups and communicate effectively with both upper management and peers Highly creative with the ability to interpret ideas, needs or concepts and deliver design that visually communicates the message effectively Excellent writer, proofreader, and copy editor Exceptional project management skills and experience with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate budgets and effectively manage expenses Solid business acumen, management, and problem-solving skills Work-life balance is at the foundation of how decisions are made and where Premise is headed.
