Ensures that all costs are managed in accordance with the Customer's requirements and the Company's programs, policies, and procedures. Ensures compliance with all Company policies/procedures and maintains/improves good customer relations by providing quality, timely services.

About Total Safety

Total Safety is the world's premier provider of integrated safety and compliance services and the products necessary to support them, including gas detection, respiratory protection, safety training, fire protection, compliance and inspection, comprehensive flare services, industrial hygiene, onsite emergency medical treatment/paramedics, communications systems, engineered systems design, and materials management.

Essential Duties:

•Developing and forecasting the project budget.

•Estimating and analyzing costs, such as labor hours, supplies, and infrastructure.

•Continuously monitoring actual costs and comparing them to the budget.

•Adjusting as needed to avoid budget overruns.

•Suggest cost-saving measures.

•Preparing for potential financial risks.

•Collaborate with project managers to help them achieve budgeting goals to ensure that financial resources are allocated efficiently and that the project stays within its financial limits.

•Ensure deliverables and updated schedules from project field supervisor are presented accurately and in a timely manner to customer.

•Support frequent demand of EPC communication and data delivery as required.

•Prepare reports summarizing financial data and present findings to key stakeholders to assist managers in making informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.

•Create or support initial project budget development and adjust as necessary based on changing requirements or unforeseen circumstances. This involves estimating costs for various project elements and allocating resources accordingly.

•Actively seek opportunities to reduce expenses without compromising project quality, whether by negotiating material costs with suppliers or optimizing labor resources.

•Key interest/focus is improving cost efficiency.

•Assess the necessary resources (both financial and human) for successful project completion with construction management teams.

•Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience:

•Organized and time management skills

•With minimal supervision, demonstrate the ability to solve practical problems.

•Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Including Project) as well as multiple management software platforms.

•5 plus years industrial experience.

•Previous warehouse experience preferred.

Education:

•AAS or BS in Project Management or equivalent.

•Must provide sample portfolio of recent work.

Working Environment:

•Outdoor working environment includes extreme heat, extreme cold, noise, and sun exposure.

•Travel required.

Educational Requirements:

•High School Diploma or equivalent.
