Customer Service Representative

  • Answer 50-70 Inbound Calls per Day
  • Make 60-80 Calls per Day
  • Be Courteous and Professional
  • Field Customer Complaints
  • Daily spreadsheet completion & submissions (AV, Touchstone & FEDEX) o Data & Documentation management

Whats Needed?

  • 3-5 Years of Experience in the same field
  • HS Diploma with some college
  • Excellent Computer Skills ( Excel, Data and Documentation, etc.)
  • Adherence to all CWI, SOP, Federal regulations as well as all policy and procedure
  • Clear Background and Drug Screen compliance
