Sr. Marketing Manager

Location: This position is open in the San Diego / Carlsbad, CA and Seattle, WA metropolitan areas, or remote for highly qualified candidates.
Pay: $100,000 to $125,000 salary range, depending on experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to Nice business lines, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives and growth targets for lead and demand generation
- Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media
- Drive brand awareness and establish the company as a leader in the market
- Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and communications
- Design and manage nurture streams to guide leads through the decision-making process, ensuring they stay engaged and informed
- Develop automated drip campaigns tailored to segments of our audience, ensuring timely, relevant content delivery
- Collaborate with PLM, sales, and channel marketing teams to identify and gain deeper understanding of marketing requirements, sales, and partner content needs
- Develop launch plans that include PR, social media, content marketing, and promotional events
- In collaboration with the events and creative, design and promote world-class trade show exhibitions
- Manage communications and campaign content calendar, scheduling, and distribution for email and social media
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring seamless coordination with product management, sales, marketing and relevant teams
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiative, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI
- Oversee the development of high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social media updates. Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience
- Collaborate with the web development and eCommerce team members to bolster online visibility and oversee SEM/SEO campaigns for maximum reach and conversion
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and nurture prospects through the sales funnel, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads for the sales team
- Manage marketing database and automation systems and implement effective database segmentation strategies to personalize marketing efforts and enhance customer experiences in collaboration with Salesforce CRM administrator
- Identify, interpret and use marketing analytics to improve communications and tactics to launch content for Nice products and brands
- Manage and report on campaign, digital marketing, and website performance
- Analyze and optimize social media and email marketing initiatives, including management of social amplification platform
- Work with the creative team to devise digital-centric materials that resonate and engage throughout the customer journey.
- Attend and provide marketing support for trade shows, regional events, and other in-person activities as needed
- Serve as the manager of junior marketing team members
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across channel & partner marketing, product management, sales, and others
- Lead the creation of customer stories and testimonials in collaboration with enablement team
- Project based assignments as requested and other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum 10 years of related experience required; or a master's degree with a minimum 5 years of related experience.
- Proven experience or practice in marketing, creating digital content including web, email, video and more.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools, including 3+ year's experience with marketing automation systems and 3+ year's experience using Google Analytics.
- Recent and up to date experience on the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Experience in the home security automation and control industry is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of or direct experience using Salesforce.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO/SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and content marketing.
- Strong written communication and verbal skills.
- Required to have a strong comfort-level communicating throughout all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to multi-task, set project priorities, establish department/discipline goals and objectives.
- Computer literacy required, including advanced skills in Microsoft applications (i.e., Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and eager to succeed.
- An ability to remain resilient and focused in ambiguous and evolving situations.
