Job Description

Candidates must have:

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years accounts receivable experience
  • Cash application experience highly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • The ability to work and react well under pressure
  • The ability to work with many people at remote locations
  • The ability to get up to speed quickly - being a self-starter is essential
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Suite applications
  • Advanced to expert skill level in Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities include:
  • Apply cash receipts to customer accounts
  • Process customer credit applications
  • Monitor accounts receivable for issues and proactively address and resolve these issues favorably
  • Review status of delinquent accounts and initiate collection calls
  • Process account analysis and reporting
  • Determine solutions and motivate expeditious payment
  • Comply with all provisions of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and all applicable state law regulations
