  • Quality Improvement Initiatives:** Participate in initiatives to enhance patient safety, satisfaction, and clinical outcomes. Contribute to the development of evidence-based protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license in Maryland
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience as an RN
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications may be required depending on specialty)
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to different work environments and schedules
