Responsibilities

Provide warm Southern hospitality, welcoming guests and guiding them through our menu offerings. Take accurate orders and collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams for timely service. Create vibrant brunch experiences, engaging guests during lively weekend services. Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs, ensuring a comfortable and memorable dining experience. Resolve guest concerns professionally, maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous hospitality or restaurant experience with a strong focus on guest service. Passion for Southern cuisine and a genuine interest in sharing its traditions. Effective communication skills to connect with guests and understand their preferences. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive attitude.
