We Require
- Three years of responsible clerical or administrative experience
- High school diploma or GED
- A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis

Job Contributions
- Ensures that property records are current and accurate by reviewing and processing reports from different divisions/departments, internal and external to the Assessor's Office; creates and updates new or existing property accounts, reviews ownership records to ensure all applicable information is being captured
- Enters data related to property addresses, classification, values, and other applicable data
- Research parcels, create and update ownership history, contact property owners to obtain and clarify information, coordinate with appraisers for property re-checks to obtain or clarify information
- Ensures consistency and accuracy with constituent submissions in comparison with Assessor records, identifies differences and takes steps to resolve discrepancies; exercises judgment to determine when more in-depth research is necessary
- Supports the timely and accurate processing of changes to property values such as Notice of Correction, Notice of Claim, and the creation of resolutions to reflect changes and results of property owner appeals
- Provides responsive customer service by answering the telephone, email, written or in-person inquiries as to status or information related to property
Working Conditions
- Work will be in the office in the beginning, and then the option of a hybrid schedule
