The Accounting Clerk will manage various accounting functions, including bookkeeping, payroll, and payments to vendors and contractors. This part-time role calls for a meticulous professional with extensive accounting experience who can ensure payment processing and financial reporting accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough bookkeeping to maintain our financial records in impeccable order.
Process payroll transactions and handle contractor payments, ensuring timely and accurate compensation.
Manage vendor payments, overseeing the outflow of funds to external partners.
Perform client payment reconciliation, ensuring all transactions match the expected figures.
Execute monthly reconciliations to confirm every financial activity is accounted for and documented.
Provide reporting on an as-needed basis to support decision-making and financial transparency.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of accounting experience, able to demonstrate a deep understanding of financial processes.
Minimum of 1 year's experience with HR-related financial administration, reflecting a broad awareness of human resources policies as they relate to payroll and benefits.
Expertise in QuickBooks, with the ability to navigate and utilize its complex functionalities effectively.
Experience in QuickBooks Elite Payroll, or other payroll systems
Experience with Bill.com, a plus
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, for various accounting and reporting tasks.

Base Salary
$18—$22 USD
