In this role, the Clinician (LCSW / LPC / MFT) will be responsible for providing in-home therapeutic services for children and families.

About the Opportunity:

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Assignment Length: Ongoing (Contract to Hire)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 9am to 5pm
  • Patient Population: Children and families
  • Patient Volume: 5 cases
Responsibilities:

The Clinician (LCSW / LPC / MFT) will:
  • Schedule and conduct family and/or individual therapy sessions in-home or if requested by family in another location or virtually
  • Complete training in the evidence -based model and completes adoption certification
  • Execute assessments and all necessary case record documentation/forms
  • Input all data within the tracking system to monitor change (improvement or decline)
  • Collaborate with child study teams, hospital programs and other collateral providers, as clinically appropriate and permitted, to ensure continuity of care.
  • Provide additional clinical/therapeutic services as appropriate to situation and ethics
  • Participate in team meetings and individual supervisory meetings on a regular basis (as appropriate and needed)
  • Act as a promoter and ambassador of the program and the agency within the community
  • Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of an LCSW, LPC, or MFT
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with Children and Families
  • Experience with foster care and loss issues
