**Job Description**
**Since 1999, Eurofins Genomics Blue Heron has delivered tens of millions of base pairs of perfectly accurate genes to thousands of customers worldwide using its proprietary GeneMaker multi-technology platform. We are 100% committed to serving our customers with high quality, strict confidentiality standards, and improved business efficiency. As part of the Blue Heron customer service and sales team, you will be responsible for performing all activities associated with Customer Service Support.**
*The position is part-time at 12-20hrs.
**Responsibilities:**
* Perform various forms of data entry.
* Track e-mails and respond to customer inquiries.
* Support customer service team with daily clerical tasks.
* Help accounting department with invoicing.
* Assist with order entries and custom quotes as requested.
* Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, possesses outstanding organizational skills, and the demonstrated ability to perform as an effective team member.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Familiarity with Outlook, Excel, and other organizational tools.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Possess flexibility in switching between multiple tasks on a regular basis.
