Are you a systems-savvy professional with excellent communication skills and a background in clinical operations? We are looking for a dedicated individual to fill the role of Remote Clinical Business Operations Specialist.

Qualifications

Preferred BA/BS degree with a minimum of 2 years experience, or equivalent of 5 years. Experience in Clinical Operations, Project Management, Clinical Outsourcing, and/or CRO fields. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Detail-oriented, organized, with a financial aptitude. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Smartsheet, Contract Repository Solution, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

Contract Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create and execute Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDA). Assist in entering Contractual Agreements into an electronic repository. Compliance: Ensure all outsourcing decisions are well-documented, compliant, and audit-ready. Issue Resolution: Manage and escalate operational issues promptly and effectively to senior leadership when necessary. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with clinical teams, Finance, and Legal departments to develop solutions and enhance processes and communications.
