Assist in the establishment and management of the nursing department. Help ensure compliance with health regulations, including TB tests and vaccinations. Support the maintenance of accurate client health records. Assist in conducting wellness checks and health assessments for clients. Provide leadership and support to the nursing staff. Participate in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures. Qualifications:
