Human Resources Lead Recruiter

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Human Resources Lead Recruiter to join their team in Riverwoods, Illinois. This candidate will screen, recruit, interview, and support the hiring of candidates.

Duties:

Create effective strategies that will attract target talent

Drive the end-to-end recruiting process including screening, interviewing, assessing, and dispositioning candidates

Counsel with the hiring leaders on DEI specific candidate slates and interview representation

Craft creative strategies to deliver DEI talent outcomes

Partner with hiring managers and TA leadership to solution for any market and/or hiring profile challenges

Create and deliver employment offers consistent with company guidelines

Adhere to all talent acquisition operational processes and deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience

Mentor more junior recruiters on the team

Stay abreast of and knowledgeable about recruiting best practices, employment law, and compliance factors

Participate in various recruiting based initiatives to promote and enhance the overall efficiency of the department

Desired Skills/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

5+ years of experience in recruiting

Technology recruiting experience focused on hiring Software Engineers

Knowledge on immigration best practices

Workday ATS experience
