Provide administrative support to sales team members as assigned.

Coordinate and arranging details for assigned group events. Provide on- site coordination for assigned groups.

Maintain knowledge of and master the brand sales tools, as well as hotel services/features and hours of operation.

Prepare month-end Sales reports as requested.

Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy, whatever time of day.

Compose, type and edit all correspondence, develop and maintain follow-up task systems

Prepare month-end Sales reports as requested.

Anticipate and prepare documents needed for meetings and maintain various reports.

Maintain special event dates, reports, print daily and weekly reports.

Maintain up-to-date files to ensure proper coordination of sales commitment as well as customer needs.

Provide relevant information to all departments as needed, receive and direct calls, respond to inquiries and research issues when appropriate.

Research, analyze and call prospective customers as assigned.

Must be able to remain seated for lengthy periods of time, during an 810-hour shift.

Must be able to move a minimum of 20 pounds up to 5 feet high without the aid of another person.

Are willing to travel and must possess a valid drivers license.
