Position Overview for the Accounts Payable Coordinator:
  • Engage in a 3-month contract as an Accounts Payable Coordinator with a flexible interview process either through teams or onsite in Brentwood.
  • Embrace a hybrid work schedule with 3 days onsite, focusing on daily tasks such as processing invoices, preparing 1099 filings, and generating internal reports.
  • Play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, as this is a temporary role with potential for conversion to full-time employment.
  • Join a dynamic team environment, where the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks is essential.
  • This role offers competitive pay rates ranging from $25 to $35 per hour, with the potential for a swift transition to a permanent position.
Required Skills for the Accounts Payable Coordinator:
  • Demonstrate 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable, coupled with a minimum 2-year degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent field experience.
  • Exhibit proficiency in running and analyzing various reports within accounting systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Possess the capability to prepare and process 1099s accurately, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Showcase strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, essential for handling high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Uphold confidentiality standards while interacting with employees and vendors in a professional manner, safeguarding sensitive information and fostering trust within the organization.
