Role Summary

As the

Senior Director of Change Management , you will primarily be responsible for managing the top corporate initiatives at Ezee Fiber, working cross functionally across all division verticals to plan, manage, monitor and report on all aspects of assigned programs while serving as the subject matter expert and main point of contact.

This position will lead a team of project managers, ensuring that all programs achieve the desired objectives and align with applicable strategic initiatives. The team will be responsible to plan and help direct the delivery of each individual program and its project activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the organization.

Critical to this role will be the ability collaborate with Enterprise leaders to support their progress in strategic initiative goals. Working to foster an environment of collaboration, trust, and accountability for departmental and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Build and implement a project/management framework to enable the goals and objectives of the organization as well as mechanisms to assess project success and capture and communicate lessons learned. Deliver project scope on time, reviewing integrated project plans, escalating and communicating resource needs, supervising quality reviews and managing issue resolution Track key project milestones to recommend adjustments to working team as well as executive leadership Communicate with stakeholders to inform them of program strategy, direction and changes and identify and prioritize opportunities. Support Leadership in prioritizing and gating the organization’s strategic workstreams and management of the leadership team Liaise across Executive Team, and other operational leaders, to ensure effective, aligned and efficient program delivery Scope of responsibilities will include the following initiatives: Sales/Marketing, Go To Market, Facilities, Customer Operations Integrations and Product

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Experience with Agile and other project management methodologies 7+ years of experience in project management; experience prioritizing and organizing programs while defining KPIs and metrics Deadline-driven with the ability to work independently managing complex programs and budgets; advanced ability to conduct risk assessments and develop a mitigation plan Proven project leader with strong collaboration instincts and a keen eye for the details; managing others to success; ability to move tasks and projects across complex departmental structures Proven capability to craft business narrative for executive leadership; in a formal and informal setting Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
