* **One year of experience in a customer service role in banking with knowledge of both loan and deposit accounts**

* **Excellent telephone customer service skills**

* **Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently**

**Job Duties:**

* **Answering questions regarding existing deposit accounts and loans, including balance inquiries, payment information, online banking, etc.**

* **Opening online applications for checking, savings, certificate of deposits and, health savings accounts.**

* **Answering online chats**

* **Answering emails in the CSC email box**

**This is an onsite position**

**Employment with Waukesha State Bank is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.**
