Duties & Responsibilities:

File permits, coordinate documentation for numerous stakeholders. Schedule stakeholder meetings and facilitate communication between the Account Managers, Project Managers, and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle; including documentation as needed. Coordinate efforts with accounting on project setup, invoicing and collections. Execute a variety of project management administrative tasks such as due diligence research, permitting, generating, and tracking of Construction Administration logs and invoicing. Assist Project Coordinator with all planning and compliance activities as needed. Document changes in project schedule, budget, staff allocation, and timesheets. Identify and share risks to the project, with the Project Coordinator and Project Managers. Ensure the project management framework is well-organized and runs smoothly. Communicate internally and externally to make sure everyone is on the same page. Inform the Project Coordinator and Project Managers of areas of noncompliance or inefficiency and make recommendations for improvement. Requirements: 1 year of project administration or executive administration desired. Team player that enjoys collaborating and meeting deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills and a service orientation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Eye for detail, prizing accuracy and task completion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Current working knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint, is desired.
