About the Role

The Director of Marketing will lead the development, implementation, and management of PaperTech’s marketing strategies. This role is integral to our goal of enhancing and expanding our Sales & Marketing Commercial Engine. The Director will be responsible for all marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market positioning.

Marketing Strategy and Execution: Oversee and drive marketing initiatives to achieve business goals and strengthen PaperTech’s market position. Collaborate with the marketing team to prominently showcase PaperTech’s expertise in sustainable packaging across various platforms, including websites, email campaigns, PPC, SEO, and paid search. Partner with the sales team to understand the Voice of the Customer (VoC) and tailor marketing strategies to enhance market appeal and brand growth. Ensure all marketing efforts meet or exceed annual KPIs. Maintain brand standards and compliance across all marketing and communication channels. Equip the team with the necessary tools, sales collateral, and training to achieve objectives. Select and manage vendors and contractors to drive lead growth effectively. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in marketing roles. At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role. Extensive knowledge of digital marketing techniques and trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for coaching and team development. Self-motivated with a curious mindset and a passion for learning. Strong work ethic and proactive attitude. Proven track record of collaboration with commercial partners to drive growth. Ability to make and honor commitments. Adaptability in fast-paced and changing environments. Competitive drive and a desire to win. Requirements:

Willingness to undergo a drug test as part of the selection process. Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. This position can be remote or hybrid with frequent travel to Findlay, Ohio, and various customer sites. Bachelor’s degree required. Benefits
