Provide a unique store experience to our customers through a fun, professional attitude. Motivate staff to drive sales and ensure goals are being reached. Utilize company guidelines (and good taste) to maintain store appearance and organization. Be able to effectively prioritize and multi-task and problem solve Provide good customer service Maintain store appearance by adherence to company visual standards Must be willing and able to lift furniture weighing 50+lbs on average on a daily basis.
