Brio Benefit Consulting is looking for a Strategy Manager to join their Employee Benefits Team.

In 2023, Brio Benefits joined Alera Group, an independent national insurance and wealth services firm, offering comprehensive employee benefits, property and casualty insurance, retirement plan services and wealth services solutions to clients nationwide. This was a strategic move for Brio to facilitate our continued growth.

This position will be a Hybrid role out of our New York office or possibly remote for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for directly managing business relationships with client accounts and maintaining overall relationship with existing accounts on assigned book of business.
  • Ensures that processes are in place to meet the needs of internal and external demands.
  • Develops and implements strategies and policies relating to client management.
  • Overall client management responsibility for assigned customers including responsibility for persistency results, book of business and revenue growth, and the cultivation of customer and client relationships.
  • Provides input that positively impacts financial results Ensures exceptional service and growth through the development of a high performing team.


Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree

Compensation: Guaranteed salary as book continues to be built and then move to a $85,000 base plus 5% of book net revenue.
