While this is a short-term contract through open enrollment, we’ve had contractors with us for over two years. We offer a fun and engaging training environment, complete with candy, prize bags, and treats that align with training topics. *Work Environment & Schedule:* * Training will be conducted on-site with a set schedule in a classroom. The schedule will be confirmed 1-2 weeks before the start date, and training will occur Monday to Friday between 8 am to 8 pm EST. * Post-training, schedules will be released during the second week of training. Shifts will vary between 8 am and 8 pm EST, and candidates must have full flexibility to work any 8-hour shift in this window for the contract's duration. * Must be able to work at least one Saturday per month in October, November, and January (this will be overtime in addition to their normal schedule). * After training, most employees will have the option to work hybrid (two days from home) or fully remote, depending on the shift. *Business Impact:*This position is open due to the need for assistance with the open enrollment of medical benefits.
