Product •Data •Compliance's (PDC) Operation Compliance team is looking for a Business Analysis Specialist The ideal candidate will be an organized individual with a strong technology background and experience with ServiceNow. This is a hybrid position for Cincinnati metro candidates and may be remote for those not based in the Cincinnati metro area.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the technical aspects of the Third-Party Service Provider program which is built in the ServiceNow platform. This may include:
    • Formulation of objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business solutions and business requirements.
    • Requirement writing, identification, prioritization, and testing of enhancements, and training others in new features.
    • Prepares analysis for production support systems and applications and associated documentation.
    • Assists with the design and implementation of enhancements to ensure production capabilities are effective and efficient.
    • Makes recommendations for business process improvements with a thorough understanding of technical programs and solutions as they relate to the technology needs.
    • Quality control.
    • Acts as a liaison between the business and IT.
  • Responsibility for proactively identifying process improvements within the third-party service provider ecosystem by working with stakeholders including Strategic Sourcing, ePMO, Vendor Management Office, P&C Legal and other groups.
  • Participate in or lead projects to remediate or improve processes unrelated to the TPSP program. This may include engagement with technologies outside of ServiceNow, such as Wolters Kluwer, LexisNexis Bridger, Salesforce, Duck Creek Distribution Management System, Snowflake, Tableau, Cognos or other platforms.
  • Creates and tests reports.
  • Has a comprehensive understanding of business user requirements for data, reports and analysis, training, data quality and performance. Mastered use of standard reporting tools and databases.
  • Expert knowledge of business information data sources and business data rules.
  • Exhibits expert business knowledge and leverages strong customer relationships.
  • May lead (mentor, prioritize, delegate, review) work of others.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Prior quality assurance testing experience is a plus.
Job Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Field of Study: Information Technology, Business or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 8+ years of related experience.
